This kid-sized M-65 Field Jacket may be small in size but it doesn't skimp on the authentic details! All the features of an adult M-65 are here, including two front cargo pockets, two bellows chest pockets, epaulets, velcro adjustable cuffs (including the velcro-secured extendible hand cover), velcro closure neck, zippered front with a snap-closure wind flap, a concealed nylon hood in the zippered collar, pleated "bi-swing" action back for freedom of movement, interior adjustable drawstrings at the waist and bottom, and a 100% cotton shell that's been garment washed to give it that faded "broken-in" look right from the git-go. The jacket also features a very warm "blanket" style lining (80% acrylic, 10% polyester, 10% wool) to keep your little one toasty. Any adult familiar with the M-65 field jacket will appreciate this jacket's authenticity and attention to detail. It's sure to become your child's favorite "go-to" jacket!

Introduced in the 40's, the L-2B quickly became a favorite of Navy and Air Force personnel from the North Atlantic to the Far East. This jacket follows all the original military specs, but is made from cotton for three season wear. It features: rib knit collar, cuffs and waistband, button flap slash pockets, epaulets, left sleeve utility pocket with pen-pencil slots, inside pocket, and lining printed with certificate of appreciation. In its new unwashed condition, this jacket is a darker brown/khaki color. However, it will lighten in color after washing, giving you that desirable "broken-in" look. Dark Khaki. Made in the USA.
